Alhamdulillah 'alaa kulli haal. For most of us, it was our first time embarking on our umrah, and we could not have picked a better travel agency than Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd! Right off the bat, at the Departure Hall of the airport, administrative and logistic matters were handled smoothly by all the Hahnemann staff present. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were given ample time to say our goodbyes to loved ones. Throughout the journey towards Madinah, we encountered a slight hiccup (through no fault of Hahnemann) whereby the transfer flight was delayed resulting in all our check-in luggage being stuck in Doha for almost a day. However, our Tour Leader AFIQ and Mutawwif was very cool-headed and facilitated the delivery of our luggage with no further hiccups, and easing all our worries effortlessly. In Madinah and Mekkah, our TL AFIQ and Mutawwif was with us, every step of the way. Our Mutawwif, Ustaz Ansar was very knowledgeable and accompanied every step, every transport ride, with relevant du'as and wirid, as well as engaging us with knowledge of historical tidbits that were both accurate and heartfelt. It was a shame that the whole trip of almost 2 weeks flew by so fast! Everyone of us bonded almost instantly and it was emotionally painful to part ways upon arrival at Changi Airport. All in all, for anyone looking for an agency for your travel and umrah needs, Hahnemann is the one to look for! I assure you, you will not regret it!

Alhamdulillah. Jejak Rasul 24 Dec 2025 with Hahneman Travel & Tours was a tremendously wonderful experience. The journey throughout Jerusalem was smooth and peaceful. The feeling of being in AlAqsa, praying in it’s blessed holy mosque is just beyond words. Kudos to our group leader, Ustaz Suhaimi who nonchalantly kept us calm and cool with zikr and salawat. Alhamdulillah. Our Petra and Cairo trips were also an amazing experience with good fine hotels and visiting the most important and iconic places that will forever remain in our memory. Thank you to Ustaz Suhaimi for your patience and dedication in making this trip a memorable one. Alhamdulillah. 10 ⭐️

MasyaAllah Tabarakallah, our very first trip with Hahnemann exceeded every expectation. Our Aqsa–Umrah trip on 24 Dec 2025 was truly incredible - an experience beyond words. Alhamdulillah, the entire journey was smooth, serene, and filled with peace. From SG-Jordan-Aqsa-Petra, guided by our pegawai tersohor Suhaimi, whose calm leadership was beautifully complemented by his zikirs, selawats, advices and humour, this never felt like a typical tour. It felt like family - caring for one another, every step of the way. While in Madinah and Makkah, guided by our amazing Ustaz Barokat, who patiently and carefully led us through the prayers for our umrahs. Especially for first timers, in moments of uncertainty, we never felt lost, only supported, reassured, and guided with kindness. Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah. Alhamdullilah thank you Hahnemann for being part of Allah’s beautiful plan in making me and my wife’s dream a reality❤️ Hahnemann Awesome!!! Suhaimi Awesome!! Ustaz Barokat Awesome!! Jemaah Awesome!! We engaged Hahnemann Travels for our first Umrah trip. It was a 12 day trip guided by the tour leader, Haji Rizal and mutawif Ustaz Ansor. All I can say is you will be well taken care of under the wings of Haji Rizal and Ustaz Ansor. Very swift check in process to Madinah via Doha by Haji Rizal and the Hahnemann team in Changi Airport was impressive even though we have almost 30 jemaah in this group. Haji Rizal was proactive and very helpful for the logistics/admin duties with the jemaah throughout the whole trip. A very bubbly and cheerful person which makes the trip fun and feel at ease, though some jemaahs had some hiccups along the way. Ustaz Ansor was a great guidance with the Doas to be followed during our trip as his recitations is very clear, which puts less pressure especially for first timers like me and my husband. His story telling on the history of our Prophets during to any of the visits in Madinah and Makkah interests us as his voice is very clear and easy to understand. Not forgetting the amazing photo taking sessions at Jabbal Khandamah taken by Ustaz Ansor with great effort. I would definitely recommend Hahnemann!

Subject: Feedback on Recent 15 - Day Al- Aqsa + Petra + Umrah Dear Hahnemann Travel Agency, We are writing to share feedback on our recent holiday with your agency, where our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) traveled to Al-Aqsa + Petra + Umrah. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided - in particular, we want to recognize that the Hahnemann staff team delivered exceptional five star service throughout our journey. From our arrival at Changi Airport onwards, your team and local staff – especially Mr. Matin, Ustad Taufik Ashary Lubis and Ustazah Hanadi – were attentive to our needs, with particular care taken to ensure the comfort and safety of our children. The tour guides in Jordan and Jerusalem were knowledgeable and skillfully engaged, explaining historical sites in ways we could understand and enjoy. All transportation arrangements were reliable, comfortable, and timely, with clean vehicles well-suited. In Mecca, staff support, transportation, and hotel accommodation were similarly up to the high standards we experienced elsewhere. However, we were deeply disappointed by an issue at Jumeirah hotel's restaurant. On two separate mornings, after providing our room number 1403, we were directed to a designated section – despite having previously dined in the main breakfast area. We observed that the main section offered a more varied and appealing buffet selection, yet we were not permitted to sit there or access its food, even though we were fully registered hotel guests. When we asked staff for an explanation, we did not receive a clear or satisfactory response. As a family, we were upset that this happened. We firmly believe discrimination of any kind has no place in travel or hospitality, and we trust this matter will be addressed seriously. We request that you follow up with the hotel and its restaurant management to discuss the issue and collaborate on implementing changes that ensure all guests – regardless of background – are treated equally and with respect. Despite this concern, most aspects of our trip were well-organized and created a truly memorable, Insha Allah next time we or others family and friends will travel with Hahnemann.
